Really helpful and accommodating staff, it was really really nice stay.

We liked the hotel, it was excellent and fairly clean. Its location was perfect, very close to Bistro, restaurants, and shops.

Brand-new and exceptionally nice unit with a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. Wonderful staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Beautifully decorated hotel, excellent location near to the activities we were interested in and kind staff. Sensational breakfast, particularly coffee and tea.

Spent here 1 peaceful day and would stay here again. The room was well-equipped with air hockey, free table tennis plus a sofa bed. Amazing coffee and tea, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent quality hotel, the stay was fairly nice, perfect location to the Victoria park. We were upgraded to queen room with a sofa bed on check in. Highly recommended for shopping.

It was in a great location really close to stores, and major chain restaurants on the `` main drag ''. Visited Truro Town Hall, located at a walking distance from the venue.

The room was modern and brand-new with a sofa bed, just what we needed. Friendly atmosphere, the staff was super-friendly, we had a fast check-in.

The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcomed and at home. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. I was impressed with their attention to detail. It felt like my home away from home.

Nearby Salty Dog Brewing - great place to chill out. Early check-in, parking on-site. Fast check out.

the breakfast variety was beyond expectations, with a great selection of food. the rooms were clean and well-prepared, with a large TV, mini-fridge, and microwave. the staff was friendly and the on-site bistro had amazing food, including a delicious curry. overall, an excellent experience that exceeded previous stays in Truro.

Clean venue with marvellous location near to the activities we were interested in. Attentive staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Plenty of delightful food. The pool area was clean too.

The stay here was comfortable, enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with marvellous location very close to major chain restaurants on the "main drag ", the Victoria park and Bistro on Prince. The staff were supper friendly and very pleasant hole time of my stay.
